How is the purchasing process works?
The purchasing works in 3 simple steps:

Select your preferred package by clicking on the "Buy now" button.
2. Fill in your particular and preferred domain name and payment method, then click the "Submit" button.
3. Upon receiving your request, we will check if your preferred domain is available. Then we will email you with the detail of your order and payment instruction.
Once the process above is done, usually it takes about 3-5 working days to get your website ready.
If I am already have domain name and hosting, would it the price be different?
Our packages are designed to comes with a domain name and hosting paid for the first one year. if you already have a domain name and hosting we are still able to install it for you, but unfortunately there will be no different on the pricing.
Who is maintaining my website?
Your website is designed to be maintenance free, and you have most of the controll to edit and update your website content. However, your website server will be maintain by the web hosting company which you can contact them should you have any issue related to your web hosting.
If I would like to have features that are not in these package, would it possible?
Yes, feel free to contact us at sales(at)alacart.biz should you have a special request. Since we are the designer and programmer of the application, we are capable of modifying the application in any extend to meet your needs.
Are the prices inclusive of the domain name and web hosting space?
The prices is inclusive of a domain name and web hosting space for first one year, subsequently you will need to pay your domain name and web hosting on yearly base which around S$ 70 - 130 per year for the web hosting and S$ 20 - 30 per year for the domain name depending on the domain extension and hosting space.
How safe is the data in my website?
All important data have been encrypted inside the database file. Even if some one is able to get into your database file, they will see important informations are in random meaningless characters. The following data will be encrypted: passwords, login names, emails and contact numbers. |
